“Tell me who your friends are and I’ll tell you who you are.” -- A Chinese proverb
So many questions, yet not one answered truthfully. First, there was this awful, demented man, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, damming and cursing America, spewing saliva and hate, who said: “No! No! No! Not God Bless America! God Damn America!”
And as y’all know, this crazy man was B. HUSSEIN Obama’s pastor for twenty some years, who married him and Michelle and then baptized their two daughters when they were born. Mr. Obama even named this man his “uncle” and his “mentor” and his “inspiration” in his two memoirs that he wrote.
Editor's Note:
Then came Bill Ayers, the “unrepentant terrorist,” who blew up military installations, including the Pentagon, and other landmarks of America. He has shown no remorse for his crimes and said, his “only regret” is that “he didn’t do enough.” Can you imagine that? And as y’all know, Mr. Obama’s political career was launched from Ayers’ living room.
Mr. Obama said he “knew Mr. Ayers only” when he was just eight years old. Was Mr. Obama only eight years when he launched his political career? Si Obama naman talaga, nangbobola pa! But the sad part here, is that: Kahit na bola, naniniwala ang maraming iba. Katangahan na lang yan, di ba? And, what does that tell you about Obama’s supporters? Susmaryusep! I don’t wanna say nothing na, baka may sumabunot na sa akin. Ngayon pa lang bugbug sarado na ako ng maraming mura. Nag-uunahan pa sa mga email nila. My email box is always full of hate mails, I tell ya. For self-defense, I just hit the DELETE button. Delete, delete, delete.
Now, where was I? Yeah, that’s right, we were talking about Mr. Obama’s associations with execrable characters.
“Associations are important,” said Charles Krauthammer, a Washington Post syndicated columnist and Fox News TV political analyst. “They provide a significant insight into character. They are particularly relevant in relation to a potential President as new, unknown, opaque and self-contained as (Mr.) Obama. With the economy overshadowing everything, it may be too late politically to be raising this issue. But that does not make it, as conventional wisdom holds, in any way ILLIGITIMATE.”
I agree. Nobody could have said that any better. And, why are these associations important?
“First, his cynicism and ruthlessness,” said Mr. Krauthammer. “He found these men useful, and use them he did. Would you attend a church whose pastor was spreading racial animosity from the pulpit? Would you even shake hands, let alone serve on two boards, with an unrepentant terrorist?”
“Most Americans would not, on the grounds of sheer INDECENCY,” Mr. Krauthammer said. “Yet (Senator) Obama did, if not out of conviction, then out of expediency… He played the games with everyone without qualms and with obvious success.” Washington Post's Charles Krauthammer said: “(Senator) Obama is a man of first-class intellect and first-class temperament. But his character remains highly suspect. There is a difference between temperament and character. Equanimity is a virtue. Tolerance of the obscene is not.” He played dirty politics. Mr. Obama is not the first politician to rise through a “corrupt political machine in Chicago,” said Mr. Krauthammer. “But he is one of the rare few to then have the AUDACITY to present himself as a transcendent healer, hovering above and bringing redemption to the old politics.”
The second reason why associations are important, Mr. Krauthammer continued, “even more disturbing than the cynicism, is the window these associations give on Mr. Obama’s core beliefs.” Granted, as Mr. Obama had claimed that he doesn’t share Reverend Wright’s hateful views on race nor Mr. Ayer’s views about the evilness of America, “but Obama clearly did not consider these views beyond the pale. For many years he swam easily and without protest in that PETID POND …”
Mr. Krauthammer is truly a powerful, beautiful writer. Fierce, like that warrior/reformer princess from Alaska, Ms. Sarah Palin. And poetic, like that prince among fighters of the 60’s, Muhammed Ali, who “floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee.”
Here’s how Charles Krauthammer ended his article: “(Senator) Obama is a man of first-class intellect and first-class temperament. But his character remains highly suspect. There is a difference between temperament and character. Equanimity is a virtue. Tolerance of the obscene is not.”
Would you want that kind of a man to become the President of this great country? Indeed, I say, no way, Hosay.
O BAMA, THE SOCIALIST: Last week another scary word came about and got tagged on the front of Obama’s tailored suit: SOCIALIST. This was triggered by Mr. Obama’s comments to a guy in Toledo, Ohio named “Joe, the Plumber.” Y’all heard about Joe, right?
Joe told Mr. Obama that he hoped someday to buy a plumbing business, so he asked: “Your new tax plan is going to tax me more, isn’t it?”
“It’s not that I want to punish your success,” Mr. Obama answered. “I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you, that they’ve got a chance for success, too. My attitude is that if the economy’s good for folks from the bottom up, it’s gonna be good for everybody … I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”
To mainstream America, spreading the wealth around is socialism, plain and simple. It’s un-American. It’s an idea far from the extreme left of America.
“Obama wants to talk about giving pieces of the pie to everyone,” remarked an Ohio woman who witnessed the conversation between Joe, the Plumber and Obama, the Socialist. “But he never wants to talk about growing the pie. I don’t want to share my pie. If I earn it, I want to keep as much as I can.”
And so do I. So many questions have been posed at B. HUSSEIN Obama, yet not one has been answered truthfully. JJ
