The Column titled Eye Column by Joseph Lariosa on Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno as the best candidate being vetted by the Judicial Bar Council (JBC) for the next Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is yet the most insightful article I have read so far. Joseph is correct in his analytical assessment of why she is the best choice for the positioned left vacant by the ousted Corona. I hope president Noynoy Aquino will make the right choice.
