AS Posted in the Facebook by Augusto Surtida: Remember the big quake in July 1954 in Sorsogon? that musta been 7.5 or 8.5 on the richter scale? where were you when that happened? I was in Grade 2 at the Colegio, and i still remember it vividly! Experts say that an earthquake with a 10.5 magnitude will spawn huge Tsunamis with thousand feet high waves and will usher the end of humanity....

I was also in Sorsogon, Sorsogon, @ that time. I could not remember much but it was probably the strongest quake in the history of Sorsogon Province.
