A fter he was exposed for his threats and lies, a community kibitzer named Oswald Magno ran to the Philippine Press Club Ontario for help against Balita, the largest Filipino newspaper in Toronto. He led a group of community whiners who's now trying to force the club to render a decision against the newspaper.
