T he response by Rosemer Enverga to the interrogatories by whistleblower Carlos Padilla a year ago gains new significance as experts probe into the many issues in Philippine Independence Day Council (PIDC) that have escaped scrutiny for a number of years.

From her mouth comes a statement that serves to uphold PIDC past president Minda Neri's allegations that Enverga has not submitted complete financial reports about the three beauty pageants she managed under PIDC from where Enverga quit in 2010. PIDC had revenues totaling $104,000 but earned only a paltry $12,000.

Here's a video clip of the exchanges between Enverga and Carlos Padilla during the press conference on April 22, 2012
