As a nonprofit law center, the Southwest Center For Asian-Pacific American Law (SCAPAL) has been providing free legal assistance and educational programs on the law to the public in San Diego County. One of SCAPAL's goals is to close the justice gap for underserved Asians and Pacific Islanders by empowering them on their legal rights through free community law clinics.
