Have you noticed the latest, the Hapi Buses, the colorful buses plying the roads from Metro Manila to Laguna and Batangas? They run on CNG (compressed natural gas) that is produced by the Malampaya Deep Water Gas-to-Power project in Palawan.

 

Are they safe? Are they costly? Are they environment-friendly? These are some of the major questions that many ask. Hear the answers to these questions and more on CNG for mass transport, which aims to reduce air pollution in the country and its adverse impact on climate change and reduce dependence on imported fuel.

EARTH Institute Asia President Cora Claudio will moderate the talakayan in conversational Tagalog-English.
