“After the Elections: What Now, D espite the advice of some Information and Communication Technology (ICT) specialists and the demand of some candidates and their supporters to postpone the national and local elections, the Philippine Commission on Elections (COMELEC) did not approve the postponement and, thus, the elections were conducted on May 10, 2010, as scheduled.
