Y es, you are – if you are living a green, sustainable lifestyle.

Generation G is “made up of people trying to build a community of shared principles—of wanting to nurture and sustain the Self, the Community, and the Planet.” That is a definition from Jennie Javelosa, Editor of the Gen G, the new, hot, and trendy magazine that you must read . . .

So . . . if you want to become a member of Generation G, or if you are a Gen G-er already who wants to get the latest news or tips on how to live greener. Going green, according to Gen G’s Publisher Chit Juan, does not have to be boring. “GOING GREEN is simply being thoughtful. How will I leave this world much better than when I found it?”

Hear some ideas on how we may do so by tuning in or watching the next episode of Kalikasan, Kaunlaran! (KK!) on Sept. 16, 2009, Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Manila time), DZRH-AM radio (666 in Metro Manila, other kHz nationwide), TV (Ch. 9 in Metro Manila, other cable TV channels nationwide), and Internet (http://dzrh.tripod.com or http://dzrh.prepys.com).

G uests are Jane Walker, CEO, Philippine Christian Foundation, and Chit Juan, owner of Echostore, aside from being the publisher of Gen G.  Dr. Cora Claudio, president, EARTH Institute Asia, will moderate the talakayan in conversational Filipino and English.

Join also the Quiz, contests, campaigns and projects of EARTH and KK!. To join all, register at 2299: earth<space>your message.

EARTH Institute Asia and  DZRH co-produce KK!, with the support of Unilever, Unilab, Toby's Sports, Delbros Supply Chain Solutions, Yehey.Com, MAP, and  Brahma Kumaris,  and with the cooperation of GREEN Army, PFST, TOWNS, PBE, AIJC, PEIA, DENR, MabuhayRadio.com, and other groups and individuals.

Join also the EARTHnetwork for Sustainable Living —a network of producers, sellers,  and users of eco-products for the wellness of people  and  planet earth. Some of its members will exhibit their eco-products on Sept. 18-20 at the Quezon Memorial Circle, as part of the 2nd Pinoy Aquatic Fair on Food Technologies and Hobbies.
