Organized by EARTH Institute Asia, Inc. and Flor’s Garden, it aims to help local communities improve their disaster preparedness with an integrated strategy, strengthen their capabilities to produce and process organically grown food for both emergency and normal times, and enhance active collaboration of public and private groups on emergency preparedness. The seminar includes technology demonstration, product exhibits, healthy gourmet food, garden tour, and gifts to participants.
