M erry Christmas! Peace and joy are two of the most important gifts that we can share with others this Christmas season. But in order to give them to others, we must first find them for ourselves, feel them, and enjoy them.

Finding peace and joy, which are essential ingredients for the sustainability of the world, must start for one's self.  Peaceful and joyful persons make a peaceful and joyful nation. But finding peace and joy is not easy. And when we have them, sharing them with others is a challenge.

On Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., KK! will focus on the Person, the first pillar of sustainable development, and how an individual can find peace and joy and share them with others.

Tristan Choa will discuss mind discipline through disciplining of the body as a strategy for finding peace and joy. Lizette Claudio will share some principles that enhance a person's abilities to attain them, become more loving and generous, and live life more fully.

KK! will feature two young leaders who conduct training on how to become a responsible steward of one's self and of others, which include the environment, using strategies that also help in finding peace and joy on earth. They are: Lizette Claudio, youth leadership trainer and, formerly, Head of Artist and Media Relations, MTV Philippines and Associate Publisher, Summit Publishing, and Tristan Choa, Studio Director, Bikram Yoga Manila and, formerly, Manager, Bancassurance Group, Prudential Malaysia.

Tristan will discuss disciplining of the mind through disciplining of the body as a strategy for finding peace and joy. On the other hand, Lizette will share some principles that enhance a person's abilities to attain peace and joy, become more loving and generous, and live life more fully. Both will talk about their most important gifts for others this season and their views of personal success. KK! Director/Host Dr. Cora Claudio, EARTH Institute Asia president, will moderate the talakayan in conversational Pilipino and English.

Tune in or watch KK! at DZRH-AM TV-radio (666 in Metro Manila), various Cable TV channels (Channel 9 in Metro Manila), and http://dzrh.tripod.com. Join also the contests, campaigns and projects of EARTH/KK! To join all, register as a KK! listener by texting 2299: earth<space>your message.
