S an Francisco, California—Join Ramiele Malubay at Samahan Fest on Saturday, October 17, 2009, at The Shops at Tanforan in San Bruno from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon for her first Bay-Area performance since her appearance on FOX’s hit reality television show, American Idol.

Ramiele Malubay, a talented female vocalist, made her first national appearance on FOX’s popular reality television show, American Idol-Season 7. Ramiele made it to the Final Top 12 and was the third Idol to leave making it to the Top 9. Since American Idol, Ramiele made appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Live with Regis & Kelly, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Today Show, The Morning Show with Mike & Juliet, Access Hollywood, and The Sauce. Later that summer, Ramiele joined the Top 10 Idols for The American Idol LIVE 2008.

Ms. Ramiele ended the year by fulfilling one of her dreams – to go back and perform in the Philippines. She held a two-night concert dubbed as “The Idol Experience” with Philippines renowned singer and songwriter, Ogie Alcasid.

In honor of (the alleged) Filipino-American History Month (that has been termed by MabuhayRadio.com as a “big hoax”), come join us in welcoming Ramiele Malubay to the San Francisco Bay Area as she performs live during Samahan Fest on Saturday, October 17, 2009, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Shops at Tanforan. In light of Typhoon Ondoy, a representative from a non-profit organization involved with relief efforts will be present accepting any persons who would like to make donations.
