T he growing number of Filipinos in Toronto, Canada's largest city and capital of Ontario Province, has set off demands for authentic regional and provincial dishes from the Philippines

 

A new restaurant – Kabalen  -- recently opened its doors to cater to cravings for Kapampangan food. Here's a view of the restaurant and its location, and an interview with the owner, Jonald Quinto.
