Cooley in the Texas Heart Institute of Houston, Texas, a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Far Eastern University (Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, Fairview, Quezon City), the Past President of the Association of Philippine Physicians in America and the Society of Philippine Surgeons in America (www.SPSAtoday.com), a Pioneer Medical Missionary Volunteer to Palanan, Isabela (1960), under the Work-A-Year-With-The-People humanitarian project of then Senator Raul S.
