In a message dated 4/18/2010 9:51:20 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time, MEDIABCLA@aol.com writes: <> Dear Ms. Maria Elizabeth: As promised to you and the other members of our e-forum, I have just posted, OFWs Now Forming “Liberation Army for Hacienda Luisita” to Battle the Cojuangcos-Aquinos’ Yellow Army URL: http://www.mabuhayradio.com/sections/politics/5883-ofws-now-forming-liberation-army-for-hacienda-luisita-to-battle-the-cojuangcos-aquinos-yellow-army.html I took the liberty of using part of your e-mail as the first paragraph of my latest essay. I was really moved and touched by your words, "These are the cries that will eventually be heard in heaven. I was a former resident of Hacienda Luisita and the plight of the farmers is embedded in my psyche . . . the memories that call for justice transcend politics." (I am sure that Professor Torres shed some tears as he read your posting.) Yes, your and the peasants' cries for justice are but heart-rending wails addressed to all well-meaning and patriotic Filipinos, especially Overseas Filipinos. And you know what? The cries and the wails are called "Ngoy-ngoy" in Sorsogon and Samar and other Visayan islands. Perhaps, for as long as the Cojuangcos-Aquinos are in control of the Hacienda Luisita, we can all call Sen. Benigno Simeon Cojuangco-Aquino, III, simply as "Ngoy-ngoy" Aquino. OK, ngarud? Yes, let us call now Senator Aquino by his new nickname, "Ngoy-ngoy," so as to remind the Filipino people of the daily anguish, the crying and the wailing that the farmer-beneficiaries do and suffer for as long as the Cojuangcos-Aquinos continue their Pharaoh-like domination of the people in their illegally-held hacienda.
