Newport Creek Hospitality, a US-based hotel-and-restaurant management company will launch its Manila office, CEO Gregg Pearson, announced.  A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on August 19 at the Linden Suites in Ortigas, Metro Manila, followed by a cocktail reception.  The opening of the Manila office will further enhance NCH's collaboration with local partners on significant projects.  Members of the NCH Board, international and local businessmen have been invited to the event.


Currently, NCH has several hotels under contract in Japan.  It is in the final stages of signing another property in the Philippines, in addition to operating the Fairways and Bluewater Resort Complex in Boracay.  The company is also geared for expansion in the United States.  With a team of seasoned executives from the hospitality field, NCH operations are focused in the Asia Pacific region, specifically, Japan and the Philippines. It has offices in the United States and Japan. 

NCH primarily manages hotels on behalf of the ownership.  In addition, it has expertise in golf-resort and country-club administration, condominium and multi-use property management, and other aspects of the hospitality industry.  The company has increased its scope of services to include consultancy for hotel owners, developers and investors as well as Food and Beverage operations.  Please visit to learn more about the company. # # #

where is newport creek now, it has commited multiple fraudulent activity against balikbayans, OFW, and foreign investors that invested in the Balaihara condominiums in boracay. The company had scamed all the investors.

For the information of all, it wasn't Newport Creek Hospitality who allegedly scammed those OFWs, Balikbayans and other investors on the Balaihara condominiums. It was actually Fil Estate Realty & Development Corporation... being the owner and who marketed the said project. Newport Creek merely managed the Club operations of Fairways and Bluewater Resort Hotel where the Balaihara condominiums were located.
