Ben Menor Pleads Guilty (No Contest) to One Count of Felony

The City of San Jose civil lawsuit will attempt to recover city funds that were allegedly misused by Ben Menor, the FilAmSODC Board of Directors and the unnamed defendants. The City Auditor, on its report on June 16, 2005, discovered more-than $219,000 of city funds were misused. Some of the funds were used by Mr. Menor in funding the 2002 NaFFAA national convention held in San Jose in August 2002. Mr. Menor and his fellow NaFFAA NEO Rodel Rodis co-chaired the NaFFAA convention. Among others, this lawsuit is an attempt to recover stolen city funds.
