The Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles wishes to announce that the Consulate will hold a Consular Outreach Program on 24 May 2008 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm at the Caesar’s Palace.  This event is being undertaken in cooperation with the University of Sto. Tomas Medical Alumni Association in America (USTMAAA).

The primary objective of the Consular Outreach is to accept and process application for the retention and re-acquisition of Philippine citizenship pursuant to Republic Act 9225 (dual citizenship).  Oath-taking will also be scheduled on the same day for qualified applicants.

The Consular representatives will likewise render other consular services to the public such as passport renewal, notarization of documents, among other things.

Application forms and list of requirements for all the consular services are available at the Consulate’s website: www.pcgenla.org.

For more information on the Consular Outreach Program, interested parties may contact the Consulate at 213-639-0980 or send an e-mail at losangelespcg@earthlink.net. # # #
