As a nonprofit law center, the Southwest Center For Asian-Pacific American Law (SCAPAL) has been providing free legal assistance and educational programs on the law to the public in San Diego County. One of SCAPAL's goals is to close the justice gap for underserved Asians and Pacific Islanders by empowering them on their legal rights through free community law clinics. The public is invited to attend our upcoming law clinics. Spanish and Vietnamese translators will be provided. SEATING IS LIMITED. We recommend you PRE-REGISTER TO RESERVE A SEAT.
