This section is devoted to "Sports and Baseball." Yes, we started formally a campaign in 2006 to revive baseball among Filipino Americans and the Filipino people by sponsoring the first-ever Filipino-American Community Night at the Dodgers Stadium on July 24, 2006. We followed it by doing a Second Filipino-American Community Day at the Dodgers Stadium on July 1, 2007. Baseball is one of the few sports wherein Filipino can excel, as they have proven way back in the 1920s and 1930s when they dominated the Asian Fields of Dreams. All other articles about sports will also appear in this section.

"I think that's how Chicago got started. A bunch of people in New York said, 'Gee, I'm enjoying the crime and the poverty, but it just isn't cold enough. Let's go west.' "--Richard Jeni
