Bobby, Does the US government have a plan to indict Gloria M. Arroyo in the US? What is this case about? You mentioned that Sen. Escudero plans to prosecute corrupt officials, if and when he becomes president? Does this mean that none of the previous president have done this? Or, did they tolerate or encourage corruption?
