Last April, Sen. Chiz Escudero graced the "Palarong Bicol." He arrived in Virac, Catanduanes, using a helicopter of Lucio Tan. When they met, host Congressman Joseph Santiago boasted to Senator Escudero -- within the hearing of some welcome parties -- "Do you know that the pain in the neck of Lucio Tan is my cousin?" Whatever is the reason for making such public disclosure, only time will tell. Lucio Tan is the wedding sponsor of Senator Escudero. In his campaign sorties, Senator Escudero uses LT's resources.
