Phil. Pledge of Allegiance

I am a retired Phil. Navy and presently in San Diego.The AFP Pension & Gratuity Management Office and PVAO has required AFP Retirees and Old Age Pensioners submit proof of evidence that they are still alive, especially those residing outside of the Philippines. Part of these proof is the Special Power of Attorney duly authenticated by the Consulate General and the Plege of Allegiance as evidence that they have not changed their citizenship. In view thereof, may I request for a copy of the Official Pledge of Allegiance to prove that I have not changed my citizenship. My email address: rogs510@aol.com.
