Bobby M. Reyes The EIR (AKA Environmental Impact Assessment or EIA) – as published by our website – should have been subject to public hearings (PH) by d City & Prov’l Govts of Sorsogon but no PH was conducted. If our copy was d latest submitted by d Energy Dev. Corp. (EDC), Bac-Man owner & operator, then it’s obsolete, as d Bac-Man’s capacity has been doubled as of this year. A new EIR (EIA) should have been made w/ d participation of LGUs to comply w/ zoning laws & Clean Air & Clean Water Acts
