Your subject header reminds me of when I used to work in government. Many of the clients I had to deal with denied they had mental illness and would laugh it off or get angry, when professional services were offered It also reminds me of some bastos person who laughs his " kabastosan" off, or thinks he was not bastos; because he was so bastos and was never bred correctly.
