T here is a story about violations of civil rights that is not being told or covered by the American mainstream media.

Tribes like Pechanga, Picayune,
Redding and Enterprise have violated the civil-and-human rights of certain tribal members.

The said tribes continue to insist that they have the sovereign right to rule on their membership. The people who oppose what is called the “Dis-enrollment” have the right not to patronize their casinos and businesses. Well-meaning people should not let these tribes profit at the expense of tribal members that were expelled or dis-enrolled.

Readers are urged to view a short three-minute video on Tribal Dis-enrollments at this link: href="/" mce_href="/">

These “dis-enrolled” families have not even committed a crime and much more accused of one. Yet they are banished from their tribal rolls, their heritage no longer a factor, the government's recognition and their way of life lost into assimilation. Some have even been banished from their tribal lands and their homes destroyed. Watch the faces of the Indian People. Feel their pain, but help them heal their hearts. Check out www.TribalCorruption.com and www.AIRRO.org.

The “dis-enrollment” stories are appalling. Join the movement to get Civil Rights for Individual American Indians enforced by Congress. This should be a concern for Amnesty International and the United Nation's Declaration for Indigenous People.

E ditor’s Note: This website has always supported the civil rights of the American Native Indians who were “dis-enrolled” by their tribal leaders and stripped of the benefits due them. We have published the following articles that are still current and online:
