A San Diego, California realtor, his wife and seven others are indicted for what the Federal Bureau of Investigation said was a
massive mortgage fraud scheme that caused at least $15 million in losses.

The defendants are next scheduled to be in court before United States District Judge Anthony J. Battaglia for a motion hearing on March 28, 2012, at 2:00 p.m.
