The PTE-HOPE, Inc. (Pagasa-Tumainisha-Esperanza) meeting will be on February 20, 2011, Sunday at 2:00 p.m. The venue is the San Diego County Library Bonita-Sunnyside Branch, (Community Room), 4375 Bonita Road, San Diego, CA. 91902. 

The special guest is California Redistricting Commissioner Lilbert "Gil" Ontai. Mr. Ontai is the only applicant selected as a Commissioner for San Diego County. He is an architect and a former San Diego Planning Commissioner.

Special guests are Ron Lacey, the Community Outreach Liaison to San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, and San Diego City Councilmember Carl DeMaio.
